The founder of Marzi, Dr. Massimo Filippo Marzi was born in Tarquinia and now lives in Rome with his wife Angelika Schluter. They have three daughters: Corinna, Silvia and Chiara. Dr. Marzi attended the classical grammar school at the Nunziatella military academy and continued his international learning at the universities of Cagliari, Rome and Frankfurt am Main, where he studied linguistics and law.

Born and resident in Rome, Dr. Corinna Marzi has dual Italian and German citizenship, speaks both languages fluently and has excellent knowledge of English. She has been married to Ivano Bianchi since 2004.
After completing her schooling at the German School in Rome DSR, she achieved the Italian-German Abitur followed by a Law degree at the La Sapienza University of Rome with a thesis on Cybercrime in Italy and Germany. Admitted to the bar in November 2001 Dr. Marzi specialises in international private law, Italian-German civil law, family and inheritance law, international child abduction, banking law, insurance law, enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings, as well as contracts in general.
An avid supporter of German-speaking companies and individuals in the area of civil law Dr. Marzi is also trained in collaborative law and is registered as a trustworthy lawyer at the embassies of Germany and Switzerland. Attorney Erna Fütö, LL.M. Eur. was born in Budapest, grew up in Sweden and was admitted to the Munich Bar Association in Germany in 2008. Fluent in Swedish, Hungarian, German, English and Italian, Attorney Fütö studied law in Saarbrücken, Germany, where she graduated in 2001 and passed the admission examination in 2005.
After studying German law, Attorney Fütö gained experience in Community law (Master of European Law, LL.M.) as well as completing an internship at the European Commission. In 2008 she started working in Italy at an international law firm based in Milan, where she was jointly responsible for the German desk as well as advising foreign companies and German and Scandinavian clients.
An expert in commercial law, international contract law, European Union law (including food law), company law, international private law and cross-border disputes, Attorney Fütö also works in the following areas: family and inheritance law, real estate law, rights of travellers, alternative methods of dispute settlement (mediation), injunctive relief and debt collection proceedings as well as recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments.
She has been working with Marzi in Rome since 2016 and oversees the Hungarian and Swedish desk.
Dr. Roberta Rossi completed her law degree at the La Sapienza University of Rome and received her doctorate with her thesis on labour law "The work of women in the company phase". Dealing with civil law, enforcement proceedings, bankruptcy, bankruptcy law and inheritance law, Dr. Rossi speaks Italian, German and English.
